You need to do as much research and get as much knowledge about the thing that you want to invest in to. You can't just invest in something you don't know anything about and hope you are going to make profit

You have to follow a path but you don't always know if that's the right path. Sometimes you are going to go on the wrong path and lose because of that so you should be prepared for the worst case scenario
