High volatility assets refer to the kind of assets whose value can move up or down in a very short period of time. The price of such kind of assets could be quite sensitive to markets changes. This could be due to many different things. So, when it comes to assets that are highly volatile, do you think that investing in such assets is much riskier?

High-volatility assets are the assets whose prices fluctuate frequently. When the price is volatile or let's say fluctuates too much, the price of the asset will go up and down frequently. This can be considered risky because if you cannot hold your investment for too long yo might end up selling when the price is at a low point.

High-volatility assets are cryptocurrencies, Gold, Sliver and even Forex trading. They are those investments where the prices can never be stable. There's a higher chance of making profits from investing in them and there's also higher risk of losing your money. It's always 50/50.

Cryptocurrencies are the highest volatile assets in the market. Is cryptocurrency very risky? Yes, it's very risky to invest in them. It's why those who invest in cryptocurrency do it on long term like it's advised to do in gold. If you invested in BTC when it was at $50k+, you're swimming in loss.

This is because they of the opinion that the volatility of cryptocurrency isn't something they can risk or gamble with. They rather go into trades and leave the market as quickly as possible with their gains or losses.
