I'm curious as to what other investors at the same level those with little resources and expertise think of it. However, I do not view these metals as a profitable asset because I am aware of their low profitability and the fact that they have historically been used as a means of preserving capital against inflation. I intend to purchase these metals in person rather than through a broker in order to try to protect some money from inflation for a long time to come.
