According to my own point of view when it comes to TV show business you can't do it alone this may be a talk show or an entertainment show. You will have to involve many people to help you out. And also you need an experience personnel who can help you in directing the show

I don't think it is possible to handle a TV show alone, it not realistic, infact you need a full team for it to be successful. I don't own a TV show but I check the cast and crews of shows and they are always quite much. While airing, you'd need people to handle some things and even before and after.
