A good tenant just as you said maintain the house just as the house is his own. He pays up his tenement rate and other utilities bills. He maintains peace with the neighbors and involve on the developmental meeting concerning the security and maintenance of the area.

One of the best ways to tell if an individual makes a good tenant is if they are respectful. Not only does a good tenant pay the rent and other bills on time, but they take care of maintenance issues that are their responsibility. If they respect you as a landlord, they will alert you if something needs your attention. You can indicate if they are respectful tenants by asking their past landlords if and how they cared for the property. Did they cause damage? Were there complaints from neighbors? A tenant that is not respectful will likely try to take advantage of you by making late rental payments, coming up with excuses about damages, or simply neglecting the property. You can tell whether they respect you by how professional they are when they reached out to you regarding the property. Did they arrive on time to tour the property? Were they helpful during the application process? Remember, a respectful tenant will shine through in the future as a good tenant.

A good tenant is easy to communicate with and respectful, They are responsive, respond within responsible time to your calls and messages, are understanding, empathetic and friendly to deal with,

A good tenant shouldnt stress his or her landlord and they must mark sure they pay up their rent as a at when due, they must also try to abide by the rules and regulations put in place by their landlords. And they must also be security concious.

A good tenant is a tenant that pays on time i mean a tenant that doesn't owe rents that pays the house utility bills on time and also takes care of the house and surroundings. A good tenant also needs to be respectful.

A good tenant is one who abides by and obeys all the rules and regulations laid down by the landlord. A good tenant pays rent promptly and takes care of the house as if he owns it. House owners should look out for the people they rent their house to.

All the qualities you listed are qualities expected of a good tenant. When a tenant is respectful to his neighbors and takes care of the property, there will be peace and harmony in the apartment.

Concerning a good tenant. Well, a good tenant is a person who take care of the house and it environment like it his own, a good tenant pay his house rent dues and other social amenities fee without delay , a good tenant is easy going and doesn't want trouble or trouble anyone in the environment, a good tenant allows love to flow amidst his co-tenant or landlord

A goodbare tenant takes care of the apartment just like hisown. Such person.does not need to wait for the lalandlor before /she repairs whatever is faulty in thethe house. Most people do not reason this ,believe it is theduty of the landlord to come and do this simply because they paid rent and thisthe has led some.landlord to also request that prospective tenants pay for damages before coming in.

Being a good tenant, you have everything you say, but you don't have to pay bills regularly. These bills must be paid on time; otherwise, he may lose services. Said tenant must also respect each of the agreements signed in the lease, in this way he can have the option of renewing said contract for a longer time.

Don't also forget this that a good tenant never spoil or damage any properties in the house before leaving or packing. He Mantain the house the way he sees it before he leaves.
Quote of today!
its never to late to win! You ate getting there very soon, just keep believing and trust in your will

A good tenant is he that works according to the laid down agreements, like you have mentioned, he pays his fees at the agreed time and makes good use of the facilities amongst others, the landlord should also provide quality facilities and work according to the signed agreements to enable mutual understanding and cooperation.

A good tenant is an honest tenant that does not lie about making rent, their employment status, and any damages that have occurred during their time as a lessee. During the application process, test the honesty of a potential tenant by verifying the information on their application

Functions of a good tenants are, (1) a good tenants pays his or her rents, nepa bill, and all the necessary bills on time,
(2) a good tenants is nice and obedient, (3) a good tenant keeps to the rule and regulation of the house and a good tenenat never fight or beat the landlord.

Tenent is a best source of income bexause you get rent from him its best for you that you respect him and give him a peaceful invirnment to spend hi life so that he trust you and also people knows you that yoi are a good person.instead of all these things its your responcibility to deal with him in good manners

The most important quality of a good tenant is honesty. Honesty is so important, it gets its share beyond the top ten. ... Although a tenant is not required to share all personal information with their landlord, they are required to pay rent during the rental period.

There are lots of qualities that make up a good tenant. In my own perspective, the first quality of a good tenant is ability to pay rent when due or before that time. He does not damage property and constitute nuisance in the neighborhood. He is very good at maintaining things in his or her possession.

Taking pride in ownership of your rental property by taking care of it will not only ensure the return of your security deposit but also builds for a great landlord recommendation should you decide to move in the future. Normal wear and tear is expected, but preventing tenant caused property damage is ideal.

Is easy to communicate with and respectful- they are responsive, respond within reasonable time to your calls and messages; are understanding, empathetic and friendly to deal with. 4. They always pay rent on time- they never default on the rent and will let you know if they may be late for some reason
