When someone always get credited he or she will forget about his or her return,because getting more credit is like wining a jackpot always and that what we all pray for in life ...
So I will always pray to God I should be getting more credit so to forget about my income,because the income I want to save and venture it into something else ..
 
The only benefit of good credit that I can see is when you are trying to obtain a loan from a lender particularly from a bank. The loan application form has a portion where you have to state your outstanding loans in any lender, legal or not. You also have to state the collateral. Lastly, you have to show the proof of your income which would give you the qualification on the capacity to pay. Other than those mentioned, the credit has nothing to do with the transactions.

Okay,I think you are referring to a form of loan or an outstanding payment, that can later amount to succeess.

However, if more capital is invested not only in improving, but in order to remodel the property. The price will increase and the returns will be favorable.
