In the movies, many people showed when one person sacrificed his life in order to save not only his relatives but also the whole world. If you had such a situation, would you be ready to sacrifice your life for the sake of all humanity?

That was the role of Jesus. It's not the role of ordinary people, but they can approach that level of sacrifice to some degree. Anyway, they need to be wise about what they're doing and not feel like lack of sacrifice is always selfish.
