You are very right. Buying land in a very low area in expectation to sell it latter is a very long term investment and sometimes it doesn't bring good returns. But we bought in a very rated are then the investment will bring fast returns in profit to your investment

One of the reasons whey some investors like going interior is because of the cost of the property at affordable rate,maybe they have the time to wait for the land to appriciate,but once the finance is not avialable then you make do with the once you can afford.
