As for me I don't like holding something for long especially money. Even if I venture into fixed deposit I don't do long deposits because I believe that better opportunities will still come to do with money. It's not advisable to hold crtptocurrency for too long because the value is not always stable. It is better to sell it while the price is high and wait again for it to come down then reinvest it for more profit. Leaving your coin there for long time is too risky.

If you need to make good money through cryptocurrency investment it is advisable to go for long term investment .
By doing long term investment you should be patient and you should be a risk taker since more risk is involved in long term investment .
But if you need money faster you can go for short term investment where less risk is involved .

Seriously, trading in cryptocurrency is better than either of the two investment patterns. When you trade, you can double your money in a day instead of investing waiting for the good time to sell. But to answer your question, I prefer leaving my coins for at least six months.

It depends upon pump or dump in cryptocurrency if the pump is coming within one week then one week is enough for investment in cryptocurrency and if the pump is not coming within one week then you have to wait for that time when pump comes and you go to your profit.

if I am interesting in alts or bitcoin I will invest for a long time even for 2 or 3 years and if I am investing in some tokens who are new I will invest for short term especially in those token whose value is less than $1.

Yes the two of them is necessary in the crypto market. The one thing that I will say about a long term investment though that does make it seem to be more attractive than a short term investment is the fact that there is no need for you to be constantly in front of your laptop or your PC to monitor the market and the coins to make trades. There are many changes that happen in the market all the time and with a short trade you have to be on the ball with these changes which can be very tiring.

I do not invest in cryptocurrency in any way and in whatever way ,if I have the money or if someone paid me in cryptocurrency I will immediately withdraw to my local bank account I don't have time to invest in cryptocurrency because I don't like cryptocurrency and I don't see it as a legal way of transaction.
