I heard a while back that Bitcoin has their own atms around the US and some other countries. And I also heard that some cryptocurrencies are trying to follow the same method. My question though, is when do you think we'll see banks for just cryptocurrency? Or banks that work in both USD and crypto?

I don't think this will be anytime soon especially with the hit the crypto market has taken in the past few months - there's no guarantee the said bank will not fold up as has been a recent trend.

I can't see it happening right now. There are too many bad characters involved with crypto and the governments around the world cracking down on them are hurting their value.

Cryptobanks are likely to grow increasingly prevalent as more governments adopt legislation to safeguard shareholders and users. Furthermore, as more individuals become acquainted with cryptocurrencies and the technologies underlying them, they might be more eager to use cryptobanks for their financial transactions.

I think the available banks will have to accommodate cryptocurrencies. But we can also have banks that deal with pure cryptocurrency. That won't be soon though, especially in developing countries.

We had banks for cryptocurrency already and they are the cryptocurrency exchange because that is where you can keep your cryptocurrency and you can use the cryptocurrency for different kinds of transactions.

Yeah Bitcoin has ATMs in some counties presently. But is there a need for Crypto banks? When crypto exchanges can do the same function. Some crypto exchange like Binance even give out crypto card you can use to make purchase.

I'm also expecting to see such program happen because creating a crypto bank is definitely one of the ways you can store your cryptocurrency safely with rest of mind.

Crypto Bank should be a place where you're going to save your cryptocurrency asset and I think that the cryptocurrency exchange are also serving the same purpose because it is where you store your digital assets.

Kraken exchange I think already has a crypto bank service if I'm not mistaken is also regulated under that jurisdiction I think in the state of Wyoming of the United States, so we could say that there are already similar services.

While some cryptobanks appear to be up and running, others appear to still be in the planning stages. Cryptobanks have been in existence for a while. Overall, it appears that the creation and development of cryptobanks is a continuous process and may differ based on the specific nation or location.

You think it is actually possible to have crypto banks just as the normal commercial banks we have today? I don't believe it is something that can actually happen.

I have come across many platforms that came to be a crypto banks and a typical example is Nexo. I think they have not been able to gain traction to recently.

It is a matter of time before we start seeing cryptocurrency banks. For now, the target should be to expand the reach and acceptance of cryptocurrency. So that the banks would thrive when they eventually come out.

Yes, there are already some cryptocurrency banks in operation. These banks offer services that are similar to traditional banks, such as account management, debit cards, loans, and investment products, but they are focused on cryptocurrencies rather than fiat currencies.

I also heard about it that time but I did not know if it was true or not because a lot of people are used to spreading fake rumours which we will have to verify very well

I don't think that having a bank specifically for cryptocurrency is necessary, as there would be more regulation to crypto transaction which is not a bad, but it kills the whole idea

It might be possible that we may witness many cryptocurrency banks in the future. However, since cryptocurrencies are illegal in many countries, it is hard for many organisations to start such banks.

It think it would take a long time before we would see banks for just cryptocurrency or banks that work in both USD and crypto. Some people are still struggling to accept crypto currency as a means of carrying out transactions.
