For me, envy was a very bad character trait and my parents told me about it, so I was never jealous and understood that if I want something, I can achieve it myself. Because as far as I'm concerned, if you're just jealous and don't do anything to get it, then it turns out that you just wish evil on a person, and if you don't have it, you'd rather that person didn't have it.
