When do you prefer to workout?

When it comes to your fitness, when do you usually workout? Morning, afternoon, or nighttime? When I was working out, I usually did it in the morning or before noon if possible. Otherwise I workout sometime in the afternoon. What is your preference though? I know some people who workout at night, some even working out really early at night.
 
If I don't workout in the morning, I will carry it over to the next day. I cannot workout in the afternoon because it's impossible for me to do so. I work from morning till evening time. There is no time to workout in the afternoon in my schedule.
 
In general, the time I like the most to train is in the morning since it is when I have more energy for strength exercises above all, but due to obligations it is almost always impossible for me to train at those hours so in the afternoon is when I train.
 
Personally, I prefer to work out during the morning time because it is the only time my body will have the energy to do so and I need to rest when I get back from work and not having to force myself to go to the gym. Unless, I'm going to be at home all day, then I might not have any problem working out during the evening time.

If you're of the habit of waking up very early in the morning, it can be possible for you to workout within 30 minutes before you can face the other obligations you have for the day. You don't need hours to workout, even 10 to 15 minutes is enough to workout.

For me, 10-15 or even 30 minutes is not enough, since I do weight training and other exercises, and I like to do a full-body workout as it is known, so I need at least 1 hour to complete most of the muscles, I do not train all the muscles every day, but a large part of them.

In the morning is definitely the best time to workout as far as I'm concerned. I can't remember the last time I worked out in the evening or night although I have seen some people who hit the gym in the night. It probably works out very well for them and that's why they do it.
 
For me, the best time is the afternoon, because at this time my body is at its peak because in the morning I haven't woken up enough and I don't have these in my hands, and around evening the body has already exhausted all resources and is ready to reboot
