Its never easy driving a business towards it's potential height. Some people face challenges at some point, and couldn't continue on the right path towards their business goal attainment. And that led to their abrupt end, cos they couldn't resolve the challenges they faced during their early business start ups.

What are those challenges that hinders a business reaching its dream??

Lack of resources or financing, retention of a weak management team, poor infrastructure or business model and ineffective marketing strategies are the most common reasons for SMEs to fail. Small companies are most frequently left with a lack of capital or funding, retention of an insufficient management team, poor infrastructure or business model and unsuccessful marketing.

A lot of small business start-ups don’t think that having a business plan is necessary, however; it’s imperative to write one, especially when starting your small business. A business plan not only helps you put down your business idea on paper and how it will be executed; it also helps you know the capital requirements required to start and run your business for at least six months. Some start-up owners get so excited about starting their small business that they don’t sit down to write the actual required cost of starting their business. They tend to find out when it’s too late and the business is failing already. Make sure you have a business plan for your small business if you don’t already have one or if you want to start your business.

Some people fails in their business prematurely because they never acquired the right knowledge and they didn't planned well before starting a business
When you fail to lay down a business plan you're reliable to fail in your business
You lay down your business plan and follow it accordingly

The most common reasons small businesses fail include a lack of capital or funding, retaining an inadequate management team, a faulty infrastructure or business model, and unsuccessful marketing initiatives.

People fail in their business start because of ignorant of the business itself that tend to be their undoing by the time they fail it was something they couldn't cope with as a result of not having knowledge of what they are doing.

Lack of proper orientation is one big problem for every starter in the world of business. A lot of newbies in business think that it's a bed of roses, they want to start with juat few bucks and end up owing million within a few weeks thinking its as easy as that. Also, some do have poor or no feasibility studies for their business.

I sincerely a lot of aspiring business owners het to see this post.

Their are a lot of factors responsible for businesses failing sooner than they are launched.
I will do my best to itemize them as follows:
1. Impatience : Some people are not able/willing to wait till their business break even. They expect to start making sales or profit or patronage as soon as they started.
It doesn't work like that.
2. Consistency & reliability :
Consistency in business is very key as customers need a business they can trust. One they can always goto for their services or for certain products.
You wouldn't want your customers to be turned back because the service they once got from you is not available today due to "technical reasons". They see you as being not serious.
3. Customer service
How well are you able to respond to your customers. How do you treat them, what kind of service to you offer them in order to keep them coming back.
Talking of both presales and after sales services.
So the key word here is, offering/ensuring customers satisfaction.
4. Competitive Pricing
Most businesses scare customers with their high prices.
Would you prefer to make a single sale at that outrageous price or make several sales at that competitive price?
5. Lack of accountability
Most business owners lack the financial discipline to run a business profitably because of their lack of accountability.
They make sales and end up spending the money on self rather than ensuring a plough back into the business.
And this happens mostly because they do not give account to anyone but themselves.

These and many other are the reasons for business failing quite early.

The the core team is very important. A good team with a mediocre idea is always better than an average team with a good idea. During rough times a great team can navigate the ship through the storms, but the same thing cannot be sad for the mediocre team.
When you hire someone for the team make sure that you know why you do what you do So that you can clearly explain your vision to your prospective team members.
Your team members must believe in your vision; all of you should be on the same page.

Most businesses fail mainly because of mismanagement, poor or inadequate management can lead to the death of any business. From funds, to equipment to workers, the success of all these depends on management. Bad planning and lack of strategy affects business too.

Very much no of business fail at just start of that and some reasons that cause to downfall any business are following.
Low capital
Lack of investor
Lack of relation to get loan or debt.
Lack of xperience
Low confidence
Not a good learner
Not overcoming mistakes
Too rushy
Impatient

A recent private study showed that start up businesses that failed did so in their first year, the study went further to probe why most of these businesses failed it discovered that the owners of the failed businesses did not learn all the should have learnt before setting up their businesses.

Knowledge is power is a wise saying we all know, what you don't know can rattle you ways you don't expect, businesses fail prematurely because owner of those businesses did not learn the nitty-gritty of the business.

Mismanagement is a prominent culprit in killing businesses, the consequence of bad management is loss of control and wastage of resources.

It's true that most promising businesses could not get to its maturity stages or heights because of some challenges that confronted them. Some of the challenges could be fierce rivalry or competition from other products which serve the same purpose.

Ridiculous Expectations: Make no slip-up that toward the start of the war, Hitler's military was prevailing. In Startup dialect, this fundamentally implies that the 'tech was extraordinary'. They were phenomenal, yet as the war moved into stages when the unified powers started assaulting (rivalry from new companies), they were just second best. Another way this can be taken a gander at is that they just didn't have the numbers to coordinate the associated powers. Once more, in startup language, there was essentially insufficient financing and powerlessness to scale.

A lot of people are in a hurry to start their businesses without proper investigation, alot of them think it only entails having capital, but it's beyond that, you need to know the technical know how of the business you are about to venture into.

What are those challenges that hinders a business reaching its dream??
Poor planning and too tall an expectation as compared to the actually reality. Because MR A is doing well in his well thought out business was all and the only reason that MR B clinged on to start up.
It doesn't mean that MR B can't success in MR A's business. MR B should be prepared to face and overcome his own challenges. Every business owner should not always exempt the possibilities of failure. Infact they should draw up recovery plan to get out of challenging situation.

The following list includes some of the most common reasons: 1 – Lack of planning – Businesses fail because of the lack of short-term and long-term planning. ... 2 – Leadership failureBusinesses fail because of poor leadership. The leadership must be able to make the right decisions most of the time.

Some people fail in their business start ups barely months after starting out Because of many factors, for some it may be lack of capital to sustain the business, others may be due to the fact that they are not able to keep up with the competition fron fellows doing the same business, all these factors should be looked into before starting business.

The major reason why people fail in their business from the start is lack of planning and strategy. If as a new business owner the business owner doesn't have any strategy the business is as good as dead because a lot of competition are already in the market and lack of strategy can fail the business
