Yes i think so because its one of the most important pre-equisite for attracting customers, building structures outclass other building due to the fact that the way some house structure are bring built allow people in the urban area to have interest in that process it will in turn outclass other building that are not built well.

In a residential village in the city the most lucrative and in demand are apartments. It has its own frontage with a garage. Townhouses are in a compound and although there is a security guard but you seem to have no privacy unlike in an apartment. The rental for apartment in the city is the same as the rental of a condominium unit. With an apartment of 4 units that could give you a luxurious life from the rental income.

In the Urban areas I believe the penthouse with residential settlement will be better. A penthouse is a building with different blocks of flats each assigned its own resident is the best business for urban areas. It is costly to erect but is a massive income earner.

Building for students is a very thoughtful business ideas for reasons like, the buildings would readily have occupants die to high influx of students, the payment is instant since it is a lodge and you can engage your tenants easily without fear.

However I would rather build duplexes in high brow areas of the town where prominent people can rent it. The amount you will make from on duplex in the area, can compared to amount from 10 units of selfcons, maintenance of your property will be easy to because the wealthy family always take care of their house to keep it topnotch.

As far as urban settlement is concerned, the only building structures that will drive more profits for business owner is modern ones and industrial building at the same time. industrial building is taking over the building world now that you begin to wonder if people actually build residential houses again.

In an urban settlement two bedrooms flat sells well especially if you have a decked buildings in 2 bedroom flats and your building is fenced with gate then you can be sure of making maximum profits from your building.

In most urban settlements in my country people like to live in apartment buildings. The three bedroom apartment is suitable for families and low income earners.
Most real estate investors prefer apartment building and it sells faster than other building structures.
