What is an Integrated Pension Plan?

There are many different kinds of pension plans our there. An integrated pension plan is a comprehensive pension plan that allows pensioners to gain benefits. This may also include benefits associated with the social security plans as well. So, what are such kind of integrated pension plans?

I do not have any idea what exactly is an integrated pension plan. In our country, the government provides 25 percent of the salary as a pension, and the pensioner will get an increment in the pension whenever the government increases the salary for its staff. The pensioner will receive a pension for a time and his spouse will receive 10 percent of his person upon his death.
