You have to deal with electricity bills, gas bills, and other forms of Bills that you must pay in order to survive; however, there are still many people who do not pay bills. Failure to pay your electricity bill will have your lights disconnected but if you're using prepared metre over here you have to constantly recharge to ensure continuous supply of electricity.
