What gaming computer setup do you own?

I have a budget gaming laptop. It is Dell g5 15. However, I am also thinking to custom build a gaming PC. I need around $3000 to set up a powerful gaming PC.
I bought my gaming laptop quite a while ago, but it's still not that bad. This is a lenovo Y700 for which I paid about 1000 dollars. Here is a gtx 960 video card and it seems to me that I will be able to use it for a maximum of 2 years and then I will not be able to play games
