Do you have a gaming chair or do you use a simple stationary stool?

In my childhood, when I had to do homework at the table, I didn't have any office chair or even a gaming chair. And it was very inconvenient because the stool was much lower than the table and it was impossible to raise it higher. Therefore, there were constant pains in the spine, which may even have been reflected in my adult life.

I do not have a gaming chair, I do not even have a proper gaming setup. However, I do have a gaming laptop, ergonomic desk and mouse. The chair I use while playing games or working is a normal office chair. At the moment, I cannot afford a proper gaming chair.
