There are many ways to secure your cryptocurrency. You should secure your cryptocurrency wallet with a strong password, fingerprint or two factor authentication.
Never share your cryptocurrency wallet with another person.
Yeah... Strong password you won't forget anyways, because when putting password that you can't remember, is as good as week password, although not saying using week password is good.

I think the main part to be careful is the place where you set aside your digital money (crytpocurrencies) into which is your WALLET.

We have different types and forms of Cryptocurrency WALLET, which include: software, hardware, and paper, each with various security contemplations.

Choosing an exceptionally secured wallet is a significant mind boggling task. By considering few hack attacks against wallets and looking at the security plans of well known wallets in the market, for example, Trezor, KeepKey, Ledger Nano S and then some others...
I have recorded down a couple of properties which a profoundly secure Wallet ought to have:
  1. Layered Security and Defense in Depth
  2. Equipment Based Root of Trust
  3. Compartmentalization for Cryptocurrencies
  4. Exchange Display and Confirmation
I believe my cryptocurrency wallet is safe and secure from hackers. It's because I have gone through series of security of my wallet. There is email verification, SMS authentication and password that are secretly done.

Finding all ways to protect our passwords from others is also something good. We may decide to log in from a public computer and things can go sour. I don't use other people's phones or laptops to make any transaction.

Cryptocurrencies are a great financial asset for many traders and investors. But despite the fact that they’re so useful, they aren’t without risks – the loss of your private keys, computer failure, and theft can permanently banish your coins to the void.

You need to make use of reputable cryptocurrency wallets to hold your assets. You can also activate two-step authentication to prevent external access to your wallet. I make use of binance to hold my cryptocurrency asset.

Setting up a two factor authentication method and backing up your security phrases are by the most great ways to secure your digital investment or assets.
Though I prefer the former method because even if you misplace your device, you'll still be rest assured.

You've made a good point. To secure one's crypto currency, you should use a good wallet and you should also ensure you keep your login details confidential to avoid being a victim of scammers.

True, these are good measures to protect one from external attacks of hackers and scammers but what about internal ones, how would one protect his or her details from people who have access to the device
