What are the features of the local cuisine that make it unique, and what do you personally like to cook or eat?

I really like my national cuisine because it is one of the best in Europe and I am really very proud that I can taste these dishes in the best way. It is special because it is very many years old and was cooked by my distant ancestors, and the recipe has not changed until now. It also has very unique tastes that cannot be compared with any other cuisine.
