Arbitrage trading refers to a kind of trading process where a trader may buy a commodity at a much cheaper rates and then sell that commodity at a higher rate at some other platforms. This kind of trading process may sound quite simple, but it may not be that simple. So, what are the disadvantages of arbitrage trading?

The major disadvantage of arbitrage trading is when your trading does not execute immediately and by the time trading is opened, the price goes up. For instance, if you started trading when the price was $1 but by the time trading was opened, the price went up and became $1, you will be making a loss.
