What age is best to plan your retirement?

I may have asked this before on here, I am not entirely sure. I am getting mixed answers from people I ask. I just want to know a rough estimate. Like when do you plan on setting up your retirement and planning for your future after you stop working?

The best age to plan your retirement is as early as possible. The earlier you start planning and saving, the more time you have to build a sufficient nest egg to support your desired lifestyle after retiring.

You should start planning for your retirement as soon as you start earning money. You will have to save money in your retirement funds as well as invest in high-value assets for your retirement. If you do not plan for your retirement early in your life, you will have financial difficulties in your old age.
