The act of convincing a potentiail customer is not very easy,especially if he/she already have where he/she gets their products or who does their service.You will have to tell and importantly show them the value of what they will be getting.And then a reasonable discount.This has been the strategy we have been employing.

People has free and direct access to television. So if I am to convince people to buy my products or services, I will use television advertisement.

Being customer focused needs to be sincere and genuine because your customer needs 3 things before they will buy from you. They need to know like and trust you. If you listen to your customer, understand how they describe the issue they have, learn what an impact your offer could make on their life and can honestly say you care about their satisfaction with your product service, and if you can speak to enough potential customers who are likely to need what you offer they can afford it, they have characteristics or demographics or purchase history which you know indicate they would like your product service, you can have an enjoyable sales career which is rewarding and lucrative.
