If you want to start a business, first and foremost, you need to get a job. If you never worked in a company, if you do not have any kind of job experience, you are lacking experience to run a business. Just because you have knowledge and skills doe snot mean your business will become successful, you need experience and getting a job not only builds your experience but also secures your income.

I wouldn't say that's absolutely necessary. However, I would want a job because, unless you got disability or something, how can you survive? Also, a job is a great way to fund a business and, as you know, it takes money to make money.
