Unsubscribe from marketing emails

Do you think marketing emails are still effective given that a lot of people unsubscribe from marketing emails?
I feel like marketing emails are spam emails and I never read them. Any thoughts?

Marketing emails are effective, email marketing can still help you generate traffic and sales. However, for most people, it does not work because they do not have a big email list and even when they have a big email list, they do not have people who genuinely subscribed to the list. If a lot of people are unsubscribing it indicates that your content is not good
