Tomo and Ocean? I've never come across such coins before? But I don't think it is worth it. Most of those new coins coming out now won't stand the test of time.

A lot of coins really won't stand the test of time. Here we are in a bear market and some are even being delisted on Binance. I've not heard of TOMO for a very long while now, and even Ocean too. That's why it's best to stick to coins in the top ten and hope none goes like Luna again.

This is another strategy the developers of new coins use in making their coins very popular, they use celebrity and analysts because their opinions play a serious role on their followers.

Personally, I see such advice as awareness stunts for the new coin or token. I do not deny the fact that it may become much valuable in future, but most times it does not.

Exactly,it's a stunt for the new coins. The newly introduce coin's may in the nearest feature be recognized and be valued is a probability.
