The Current State of the .xyz Extension

Last time I checked, the value as going up. Why do you feel these domains would be going up? Have you owned one? Why did you buy it? What do you like or dislike about .xyz? What do you feel XYZ means?

They are in general faucet websites or ptc websites using that contest. I do not see a blog using xyz extension. But it could exist. You need to invest what you could afford to lose.

I can't see a .xyz extension being useful for most site owners. It's easy to remember, but it sounds fishy or should I say phishy! I don't know if I'd trust sites with a .xyz extension. To me it looks like a nefarious domain, as I'm sure others would feel the same. So you'd have to inform people somehow that .xyz domains are perfectly safe to go to, just like a .com or .net domain.

Well, like it or not, .xyz has sold for some big bucks. Myself, I regret not keeping one back in the day. It was a big forum project I had some years back.

The first domain I ever bought was xyz domain. I bought for just one simple reason that is it was low priced (I paid $1). I also though the xyz extension was cool because you could use it for almost any kind of websites. Until recently I had a couple of websites with xyz domains, I sold these websites.
