Sites to track what video games you've played/own

Are there any sites like Letterboxd or Serializd but for video game tracking and logging? I like to keep track of all the things I have watched, played, read etc. Are there any good sites to track what video games you own and play? Maybe track what games you're currently playing as well. Oh and a wishlist feature. Any suggestions?

I've not used any kind of websites to track or keep record of all the video games I've bought and played.

I used to have them written down in my record book because I have one but I stopped updating the book for the past 2 years.
