Should there be rules and regulations set for all cryptocurrency?

There are a lot of benefits that comes with using crypto currencies and one of it is the ability to make ease of transactions. You don't get this with some other mediums. I also use crypto currency to test my trading capacity and setting a rule and regulations on it will make it pretty boring.

Over here in my country, cryptocurrency have been a good means of job and employment for those who have the knowledge on how to invest and trade on it. It doesn't matter if they are just buying and selling through Peer to Peer, but they making a good living from it.
