During the inflation more and more people buy the property. And as the inflation goes away, the property is then given on rent and also being sold or something like that. During inflation only buy should be made. Never sell during the inflation because the value of the property and the shares goes away. That is what I have noticed so far.

I really don't think the real estate business have an edge over inflation. The only thing here is just that your properties keep increasing in value even at that you still get paid in your local currency

It seems like inflation is always a good time to buy properties as a real estate company. But then, if everyone wants to buy during an inflation, who are the sellers? And what's the possibility of finding one who would want to sell during an inflation?
