For an agent or realtor, I think the best social media platform to advertise properties has to be Instagram, most of the time while I go through Instagram I see a lot of real estate firms put their properties on there and run sponsored post, the sponsored post allow a wide range of users across different countries to see the post. If you have a property for sale just run a sponsored post across the social media platforms and you will definitely get a client.

But as you talked about instagram advertisement, I think most of the people are using Facebook pages, groups, and Youtube etc. But now a days we have TV commercials through which we can expand our estate business more successfuly. I have tried to share this idea previously too, real Estate and properties don't need to be competitive with other products on the advertisers board this is because properties can situated strategically where many people can see, handbill and billboards around the location will do the rest, referral is another tool.

I think all social media have similar potential to generate sales for real estate. I understand your choice of Instagram especially since it is all about pictures which you need to entice would be clients. I also feel Facebook will do a great job in handling advertisements for properties. Then creating a personalized website for that real estate firm is the surest bet.

Yes, a lot of person sell hustle free using the online platforms, I use to see a lots of companies advertising there properties on social media. One of my brother is property agent, and one of my neighbor want to sell his property, I went to my brother house to inform him about this, and he immediately posted it on one group on whatsapp with about 246 persons there, instantly they started responding and asking questions about the property.. Social media is good.
