This sounds very confusing. If they are offering $5 sign up bonus and they have minimum $5 withdrawal threshold, can you actually withdraw your sign up bonus without having to make additional money? Are they giving additional money after form the money you make through surveys if you continue to do surveys for 7 days straight?
