Hahaha, those telegram bots are just gpt bots that pays users in litecoin. They don't mine any litecoin. Same thing with the so called cloud mining platforms that offer renting hash rates online. Mining coins will require you to invest in mining rigs and other mining equipments. Keep in mind to have a cheap source of power supply.

I have tried mining litecoin too, I started my try from a telegram bot, which turnout to be fake, I also tried the site mining too, but site looks like a scam as the site was asking I send some litecoin before cashing out.a

Litecoin seems to be the best crypto currency that i really appreciate, admire and invest in every time, I have been looking for where I can start minning litecoin butbi haven't seen any.
