Dollar Tree raises price cap to $7 as higher income shoppers turn to the budget

Dollar Tree has said that it will be raising its price cap to $7 in its fourth quarter earlier this month.

Perhaps even nothing costs a dollar there no more and even base items are $1.50, not $1.25 now. How misleading is this? Is these grounds for a lawsuit? Myself, I look at the fact that even a slippery floor with no warning sign gets a lawsuit when I think about this.

Business do such thing all the time. They not only have misleading brand names and product names they even have misleading ingredients in their product. They sell chicken soup packets where there is 99 percent corn starch and 1 percent chicken. They sell oats cookies where there is just 1 percent oats and 99 percent other things. Worst thing is they still call these products chicken soup or oats cookies.
