Both are essential to running a business. You need to know about money and the business you want to run. You can't easily run a business without one of them. But the more important of the two is information. We should not start a business without information.

Absolutely, when you have enough knowledge of a particular business, it won't take you long to get people who would support you with capital after you must have given them a clue of the business plan. If you have money without information, it's not going to be easy getting someone to explain for you.
