There are big differences between working life and personal life, some people are so much busy with their jobs and businesses even sometimes they forget about their families, we are working to have a happy life with our families if not that business or job doesn't worth it, there should always be a balance between working life and personal life.

A job has effects on a person's personal life. If you work in a particular sector, you tend to tilt and behave like every person from that sector.

If you work from home, your job will have tremendous effects on your personal life. When you are working from home, there will be a lot of distractions and you might not be able to work proficiently. Even when you work in an office, your personal life will be affected heavily especially of you have a family to look after.

It is difficult for a lot of people to have the mindset that work should be work and there is need to create time for family. I don't even understand why it is so. We should focus on creating that boundaries and ensuring that things should go the way it is supposed to be with the way we try to mix work and personal life.
