Many people do the shorten link and then what happens as most of us have an antivirus installed the connection to shorten link is disabled then the person will not turn off avast antivirus and then move on and you will earn nothing because they do not want to harm their device to discover link, especially if site does shorten link to browse from one page to another one.

That's very true. Most linkshortner links are flagged as phishing links by your system's anti virus software. If the visitor does not validate captcha or wait until the timer ends, you will not earn anything. They tell you that you can earn really well but the fact is gewtting traffic is very difficult.
