Investing in tiny living?

It seems like tiny homes and smaller living spaces are still trending for people that can't afford a full size house. I can see the appeal, especially for single adults and couples without pets or children. Is this something you would ever consider investing in?

As far as I know, everyone wants to own a home, they want to live in their own home, however, because of low-income levels and higher property prices, they are not able to afford a house. I think tiny houses will be of interest to these people, and I believe there is demand for tiny houses. You might be able to make money by investing in these properties.
