From my point of view, i think using the pension funds to add up in your already setup business and to solve petty house problems. For those financially buoyant enough can use theirs for vacations.

Pension in our country is when a retiree retires from his or her job, he or she is going to receive a monthly pension. Just like my father who is a pensioner, he receives a monthly pension. When he was still not a retiree, part of his income goes to the government social insurance system.

There two types of money are given by government sectors. One is gratuity and other is monthly based pension, i think you are talki about gratuity. Yes you can use that money as you want. If you have not any car then buy a car, if you want to build house then go for it.

I do not believe that pension money is money that you should use in investing because that is what you should have done a long time ago. It should instead be used on something recreational.
