The simple way is to look for an investment that you are capable of buying at first. Once they make enough profit you can reinvest your money back into the business.
 
That's more acting like a middle man between the owner of a property and the buyer it's called (AGENCY) with that you don't need to spend much and you will gain more.
 
I will advice you to start as a real estate agent if your a beginner instead of investing with low capital .....
 
All business require a significant start up capital except as someone said you work as an agent first. Real estate though is a good field to explore and people into it are cashing out big time. Would definitely love to go into it at the right time.but it'd be a partnership type.

We have so many of this middlemen in my country. They usually take a cut of the total rental fees. Its stressful though and highly competitive as people realized the gains in it.

There are a lot of real estate agents everywhere.
this is because capital is not required to start up as an agent.
but the agent can earn if he can talk the buyer into purchasing a property.
