Actually people worked so hard and stressed themselves not because they intended to do that but because of their high desire to satisfy their daily needs. it hurt actually when you don't make time for yourself.
 
I make sure I find time to exercise, even though I have to work to sustain myself I still value my health as well. So every weekend I make sure I enter the gym or I go for a run. It keeps me fit.
