We know that it is mandatory to work daily. This is because we need to work daily in order to earn money. However, sometimes working may induce many people to work a lot and put a lot of strain on themselves. So how to deal with health issues caused by working too much?
 
I work online full-time presently and make sure to exercise my nerves each time I sit on a particular spot for a very long time I would move around and try to stretch my body once in a while.
 
Well most people that have fitness issues because of working too much are people that only seat on the chair without standing for once so it is good that they try to do early morning exercise before going to work.
 
If you are sitting too much while working, you need to work at a standing desk. If you are working on one long session, you should try getting breaks every couple of hours and do some stretching excercise.

I make sure I find time to exercise, even though I have to work to sustain myself I still value my health as well. So every weekend I make sure I enter the gym or I go for a run. It keeps me fit.
 
I think its a matter of time management, you just have to set time aside to rest. All the money you work for would be of no use if in the end you cannot make use of it or you end up spending it on your health alone.
 
I think to maintain a fitness issues when working, you need some rest not working all through without having any rest, because it is not really encouraging when working without taking some rest for fitness sake.

I take frequent breaks and now i am feeling much better. I was suffering from pain in shoulder. However, it is reduced now. This is because I no longer strain myself too much.
 
Take a break every couple hours or so. Especially if you're doing any work where you are sitting down most of the time. Though if it's manual labor, a break like this would be for you to relax and catch a break.

Anyway, for me I take breaks every so often, maybe every 2 hours or so. I walk around, maybe get a bite to eat, use the bathroom, catch a show for a bit, etc.

And in regards to fitness. I'm sure we all have an open hour or so to use for working out. Whether it be 30 min to an hour, that's really all you need in a day.
