Earning monthly pensions is a quite common thing for many people who have retired from their positions. Not all the people receive equal pensions, though. So when it comes to receiving pensions, how much pension should do you receive in a month?

At the moment the amount of pension I will get monthly is still increasing whilst I am working and will continue to increase for about another 30 years yet so I at the moment do not know the final amount I will be getting each month when I finally do retire but I am hoping that if I continue to work and pay into the system my pension will be something worthy by the time I can receive it.

currently at the moment, i earn zero amount in pension and it is giving me great concern as the current eatablishment does not support pension which is not a good model if you aim to retain staffs in your establishment. i have complained severally to the powers that be in my organisation but they are all paying deaf ears to my complains.

I am not a pensioner and as a result I don't know the exact amount they would collect, but I know that it is a small amount of money that is just meant to satisfy elemental needs.

I do not earn a pension. I will have access to a pension only when I have worked in an organization for a long time, preferably 20-25 years. In our country, you need to work for the government to have access to pension.

Pension is always a fraction of your salary and all allowances are excludes. My dad's last salary was 300k per month His pension now that he is retired is 100k monthly.

Well, the fact of the matter remains that if you are at a really high designation, then you will receive high amount of salary. In my country, the pension of judges is far much more than 100K!

In my country, the amount you receive as pension is dependent on how long you have worked and your last salary. Those are the two factors used to calculate your fixed pension.
