I’d say that an hour would be too early to arrive for a job interview. This is because arriving too early can create a bad impression. The interviewer or receptionist may feel obliged to keep you entertained or looked after while you wait. Arriving more than 30 minutes early to an interview also gives of vibes that you are desperate for a job which isn’t what you want.
