How do you manage depression at work?

When working and organisation what keeps you going and make you last long in an organisation is endurance and patience. And this is the only thing that can help you manage your depression at work.
 
Anytime I feel depressed at work, I usually take a load off. I get me some place quite and a lone to stay out of any activity for a moment
 
Once in a while people get depressed and if I end up been depressed at work I work more to get my mind off things and try to talk to people at work that make me happy.
 
Don't let your life be about work work work alone, most people dont even enjoy their jobs they are just in it to survive, so always do what you enjoy, go on that trip, eat what you enjoy, all these would go a long way in curbing the depression
 
Depression at work indeed is inevitable and we must try to overcome it,by trying to engage in it and develop and interest in doing it the work .we can also overcome depression by putting in more effort.
 
Depression can cause a lot problems in your work life as well as your personal life if you don't deal with head-on. If you don't deal with it at that moment, it may cost you your business in that you might be making unreasonable decisions at these times
 
Depression is not a good experience at work because it brings low productivity, I handle depression by just taking a break to rest and have fun with friends before getting back to work
 
We all feel miserable at some points in life, especially when we are not living up to our own expectations, our moods becomes lowered to a point that it affect other aspects of our lives, including work.

Hmm... depression is not an easy thing ooo.... Most especially if you are about to be given a query, and u know the implication behind it, the depression is another level...
 
Depression sometimes may leads to transferof aggression at work, you calm yours down whenever you discovered that you are in bad mood to afford been misbehave to co workers
 
My tips to you are the next tips:
1: listen to the musics and songs you like it will really help you to pass the day and work well.
2: Don't be afraid to talk with other people in your work's place whenever if its to pass the time or if you need any help from them, don't be shy go ahead and speak with them.
3: Try taking breaks if possible it will really help you to work better and to your brain to be relaxed so it can be more effective later at the work.
4: don't forget to eat and drink well while you are in the work's place our body must have its own fuel.
 
If you enjoy your work, I do not think you will have to deal with depression at the workplace. However, sometimes the workplace can be very toxic and you might be affected. IN a situation like this, you should leave the job immediately. If you cannot do that you should avoid toxic people, even if it means to avoid your manager.

This depends on many conditions and situations. There are many people who may not feel well and when you are not feeling well, you may not enjoy the job, even if you like it. This is why I think that people may need to take care of their mental health when it comes to working in any kind of workplace.
 
My work have never been depressing, I don't know what it feels like to be depressed at work. If my work is what's making me depressed, I will resign from the job. My health is my priority, no work is worth more than my sanity. I applied for the job I wanted, which makes me happy at work every day.
