We all feel miserable at some points in life, especially when we are not living up to our own expectations, our moods becomes lowered to a point that it affect other aspects of our lives, including work.
How do you manage depression?
 
You just have to feel social, mix with other workers in your organization. With that you won't have time to think about unnecessary issues affecting your life and other things bothering you
 
Find out what's making me depressed, is it work related or not, and I will try to talk to someone to ease off or find a solution to why I'm depressed if I can.
 
When I was 15 years old, I lost my legs in an accident. That time was no less than a resurrection for me. I was completely disappointed with life, but I gave myself courage and I read the Qur'an to small children at home. Nelgi I think by keeping ourselves busy we can save ourselves from frustration and anxiety
 
Depression is a very debilitating condition that we often over-simplify. In the strictest sense of the word and definition of depression, I've never suffered from the condition. Sure, I've been upset, frustrated and angry with various situations in work, but never depressed. And whenever I'm faced with those feelings, I'm not shy in coming forward and discussing it with whoever has brought them on. If not, either my line manager or HR will do, depending on the gravity of the issue.
 
When I was a bit younger I had some challenges which made me tofall into depression. I was always thinking but I was able to recover through the love and advice of my parents and those that were very close to me like my friends. I also overcame depression by always being optimistic and hopeful that all will be well.
 
Depression is a condition not to be trivialized. If the issue is at work, then I would suggest removing yourself from that environment for some time, talk to someone about what you feel and surround yourself with the important people in your life.
 
Just yesterday I educate my viewers on the implications of frustration on my WhatsApp status.

So many things can lead to frustration and frustration can birth another bad seed. I will not want to talk much on frustration because individuals have different experience.

When it comes to this, music, leisure, change of environment, need for a space to breath yourself. Best of it all, talk to a therapist and if you can't go that far, talk to a friend or stranger.

Don't just keep it to yourself. It's dangerous and can birth god father like suicide. But don't in that shit.

About me. I'm an introvert and online is my best friend. YouTube videos, chat with lovely people, I read and laugh out funny comments. It's not beautiful all the time.

At work. You see, not every will be fix by you. And some things will not just gt fix by you. So if the boss complain, I try to fix it and if it doesn't work, I call on someone. If there's no one, we hire an external.

Frustration can just be killing. I hate it ?
 
When I realise I'm depressed during time of work, I immediately take some little rest, after that, I go to shower. But i f I discover that I'm still experiencing slight depression, I take a bow to join friends and have some fun time.
 
The best thing to do is to understand that some times things may not work the way you expect them to, you may not get all you want, you just have to be positive and concentrate on The good thing in life and ignore the negatives

From time to time, we all suffer from sadness, disappointment and dishonesty, sometimes our mood becomes very good and sometimes bad. And all this is due to work braden or when business conditions get worse, people are unable to solve them, they suffer from depression. The best way to get out of this is that if you have any problems, tell any of your close friends or family members about it, you will get a lot of relief and they can also tell you a good solution to get rid of this problem, besides listening to music or going to a long driver, you can get rid of your thoughts. The main reason for human depression is to think that those who are mentally ill can be saved if we do not pay attention to them. Do you all agree with me?
 
I have never been depressed at work though but I have had something that look closely like it and what I did to overcome it was to cheer myself up and remind myself that I am special and unique.
 
If not, remember that most work- and school-based insurance programmes provide mental health benefits. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) at several businesses provide alternative mental health services at a low to no cost.
 
I think the best way of defeating depression is by socializing with people and share your concerns and troubles with people close to you.
 
Find the source or cause of depression and talk to someone about it .
Thats it though some depressed people I have spoken to cannot identify what makes them feel down, they say there is just an empty feeling, such people are experiencing severe cases and may need to be on medication
 
Depression indeed comes and most times , we just have to find way to overcome it ,and there is no other way than engaging in things that will take our mind away from the thing making us depressed .
