Have you ever owned your own game server?

Have you ever ran your own private game server? For me, I ran my own private Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst, or PSOBB server from 2011 to 2017 named RevPSO short for Revillution Phantasy Star Online, but we closed our doors in 2017 due to a few issues with development and playerbase dwindling. I miss it dearly and would love to try to bring it back with a stronger development team to give the old players who miss it a better experience. However, I don't have the means to bring it back at the moment, both financially and physically.

I haven't owned my own server, but a community I worked with they had their own server for Minecraft, that we had running for a few months, but we ended up closing it as we had a free trial period on the server.

One of these days I wouldn't mind setting up a server for Red Dead Redemption 2 or the first game even. Maybe GTA V. Just something private away from the online communities.
