I have a friend who does this. Everything he does when it comes to business, be it a logo or name or just a simple phrase he can get trademarked, he does it. I don't see the value in doing this for everything. I feel like you just need to focus on trademarking your branding and that is it.

Well, to ensure that another individual doesn't take your business name or idea as their own then it is only wise that you trademark your business name so that another wouldn't take advantage of that and make use of your brand.

Yeah, that is true. You don't want others to steal your ideas or your concepts and trademarking it themselves. It would make them appear to have had the idea first which can cost you business.

I don't have time for trademarking everything that I do as a small business owner. The business is still growing and I am hopeful that in the near future, I can be able to do so, but not right now as there are a lot of limitations that I want to put aside first of all.

It is always going to be in the best interest of your business to have your products or whatever you are doing that is being published online so that it will be unique to your own product or business. This will make it so that nobody can be able to steal it and make use of it for their own business benefit without being questioned of stealing from another person's brand.

I am not selling unique products or services, I have not invented the products and services I am selling, therefore, there is no need for trademark and I do not think I can trademark even if I want to.

I think it's best you trademark your business it helps for greater visibility, Even as a small business owner who wants to grow faster you should put a unique mark known only to your business to avoid copyright especially in the online market

Personally, I believe that this is something very necessary for you to do with your business especially when there are so many copycats out there who are always looking for an opportunity to take something from your business and turn it into their own and start reaping the financial benefit that comes from your hard work.

There are many companies that have been facing this issue for a long time. This is why they always tend to utilise a specific symbol in order to protect their products and they also issue a disclaimer as well in order to make people and other businesses realise that this specific product belongs to them. This is a very common practice in the corporate world.

Whenever there is a possibility of your business being copied by another person, it is always going to be in your best interest to have your business trademarked.

It is not even going to cost you much to have your business trademarked especially if it is online because anything can be stolen online if there is no kind of protection for it.

Yes, I do the same thing with all my businesses. All my businesses online comes with a trademark, even the one's I have offline all comes with a trademark. The value I see in it is preventing your business from being used without your permission.

The most important thing is for you to make sure that there's no way of having any aspects of your business taken and used by another person without your knowledge because that's what some cunning people do. They take in other people's work for their own benefit.

This is the reason why there are so many companies that trademark almost each and every product. This also includes many different kinds of food chains as well. For example, McDonald's and Burger King trademark their packages as well. They also trademark their boxes where they place burgers. I think that this is a great way to protect your product.
