There are some opinions from fans that Marcus Rashford has been seen to be playing for the contract. Last season before he signed the recent contract, he had a great season which earned him a bumper contract, but it seems he has dropped in form this season. Do you see this as intentional?

I would say that almost all the players in the Manchester United starting 11 are not playing up to the expectation that they are supposed to apart from Bruno Fernandes who also have bad matches once in a while.

The dude is actually fighting, he's just not winning. Though the sharp focus has been on Rashford but other forwards are not scoring too. Also, the quality of chances he gets to score hasn't been up to par recently.

Stats show that Rashford is only behind Haaland and Salah in the list of players with most attempted shots. He's just not been hitting the target like he was last season. Also, the chances created for him isn't enough. That's not to shield him from criticism, but to point out that he's actually trying to make it work. Asides Bruno Fernandes in the team, Rashford ranks second for chance created too. With a little luck and the team improving in form, he'll come around.
