Housing schemes are a really popular kind of investment schemes. These schemes are often promoted by many project creators and builders. I must say that this may be a very risky investment. However, if you invest money in a legitimate project, then it could prove to be profitable. So, have you ever invested money in such kind of schemes?

In my home country, housing schemes are not available for public investment. In other words, property developers, and housing companies are not publicly traded companies, They are private limited companies, and it is quite not possible to invest in private companies.
